The unfinished sidewalk makes for an inconvenient walk to the mall!!! Slow elevators deterred me from using them, leading to frustration during my stay!!! Room odors and cleaning inconsistencies need urgent attention!!!

Cute suite with charm!

This place had a comfy mini bar and a super colorful bathroom! Just a heads up, make sure the mini fridge is plugged in—mine was off! 😂 We had only one channel on the TV, but thankfully I brought my iPad. The staff was friendly, which made up for the breakfast not being great.

The location is great, close to the outlet mall. Our room had a bug issue which was concerning. Staff was friendly during check-in.

The room was muggy and poorly ventilated. I requested a first-floor room, but that was ignored. Additionally, the sink in room 304 didn't drain properly, which made my stay even more frustrating. I left a note about it during check-out, but I shouldn’t have had to deal with these issues at all.

The location is ideal for shopping, being very close to outlet malls. The staff is cute and eager to assist. The breakfast selection is diverse and well-stocked. My room had a comfy mattress that made for an enjoyable sleep. A great experience! 😊

It was just a great fit for a short break in San Marcos with good value for money. The breakfast had a nice variety of options, which made mornings easy. Just make sure to ask for extra towels upon check-in if you need them.

I had the best time ever during my stay! The breakfast spread was on another level with hot scrambled eggs, sausage, and even unique items like refried beans, yum! The staff was super responsive, fixing our lamp issue in just 30 minutes, which made everything smooth sailing and super enjoyable.
